Your payment terminal will automatically update once a week. Where there is a requirement for the device to receive urgent updates, you may also update the device manually. 

For instructions, you may either follow the steps below, or watch this short video. 

1. Press main menu > 

2. Number 4 (Terminal) > 

3. Number 1 (Prog Load) > 

4. Enter maintenance password (6 digit code) > Then the terminal will display 'Prog Load correct ?' > press the green enter button

5. The terminal will then run through a download which you will need to allow to complete, please note this may take a few moments and we wouldn't advise you do this during a busy period. 

6. Once the download is complete, the terminal will print a receipt which will say 'Your terminal has successfully completed a software update'
